Use of the website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to use the store lawfully and to provide accurate order, shipping and contact information.

Products, prices and availability

Product information, prices, availability and shipping options may change from time to time. Prices for standard stock items are shown per pack, with a pack ladder for larger packs. Bulk, custom and project requests are handled by quote and are not binding until confirmed in writing.

Quotes and charges

Quotes list each cost separately so you can see what each line is for:

  • Product cost
  • Standard shipping
  • Rush production fee, if requested
  • Expedited shipping fee, if requested
  • Tooling / mold fee, if a new mold or tooling is needed
  • Special certification / testing fee, if requested

Rush production. Rush production or expedited handling may be available upon request. Additional rush charges may apply depending on product type, quantity, material, production schedule and required completion date.

Expedited shipping. Expedited shipping or priority delivery options may be available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply based on destination, package size, weight, carrier, service level and required delivery time. Expedited shipping shortens transit time only, not production time.

Tooling. Custom products that require new tooling or molds may incur a one-time tooling charge. Tooling requirements and fees will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Custom orders

Custom orders follow this sequence: confirm requirements → place the custom order → sample confirmation, if the project requires it → bulk production → shipment. Specifications, lead time and any tooling are confirmed before production. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable except for a quality defect or our error (see the Return and Refund Policy).

Quality

Orders are checked for specification and quality before shipment. Depending on the product, this includes a specification check, dimensional or visual inspection where applicable, and order verification before shipment.

Documents and certificates

For purchasing, quality or project requirements we can provide the usual documents for an order, such as material information, compliance documentation, quality documentation, order and product documentation, inspection-related documents, and an invoice or proforma invoice. Special certificates, third-party testing, customer-specified report formats or additional testing must be confirmed separately and may incur extra charges. Documents are provided according to what the specific order and product can support.

Payment

We recommend secure online payment at checkout for all orders, including larger orders. For business orders, an invoice can be provided and purchase orders can be accepted. Payment terms for qualified business orders can be discussed based on order size and cooperation requirements.

Orders

We may review, accept, decline or cancel orders where necessary, including suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment issues or product availability issues.

Technical information

Size charts, material guidance, chemical compatibility ratings and calculator results on this website are general references for selection. They do not replace testing or engineering approval for your specific application. Suitability depends on the exact compound, media, temperature, pressure, motion and gland design. Shipping, returns and refunds
