Order handling and dispatch
In-stock standard orders usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, unless the product page or our order communication states otherwise. Orders are checked for specification and quality before shipment. Custom, made-to-order, bulk and quoted orders follow the lead time confirmed with you on the quote.
Standard tracked shipping
Standard shipping rates at checkout:
- United States: $9.95. Free standard tracked shipping on orders of $99 or more.
- Canada: $12.95 DDP. Free DDP standard tracked shipping on orders of $129 or more.
- Europe and the United Kingdom: $14.95 DDP. Free DDP standard tracked shipping on orders of $149 or more.
- Australia and New Zealand: $19.95 DDP standard tracked shipping.
Only destinations available at checkout are supported. Rates marked DDP are shipped on a duties-paid basis. The checkout always shows the current rate for your destination before you pay.
Estimated delivery
Standard tracked delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during holidays and peak seasons, customs processing, remote-area delivery or carrier disruptions. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once your order has shipped. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created.
Expedited shipping and priority delivery
Expedited shipping or priority delivery options may be available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply based on destination, package size, weight, carrier, service level and required delivery time. Not every option is available for every destination or order. Expedited shipping shortens transit time only; it does not shorten production or handling time. Free-shipping thresholds apply to standard shipping only. To request faster delivery, contact us before ordering or as soon as possible after ordering.
Rush production
Rush production or expedited handling is separate from shipping. It may be available upon request. Additional rush charges may apply depending on product type, quantity, material, production schedule and required completion date. Any rush charge is shown as a separate line on your quote.
Quoted order charge structure
For bulk, custom, made-to-order, rush, or separately quoted orders, your quote may include the following charges as applicable:
- Product charges.
- Standard shipping charges.
- Rush production / expedited handling fee, if requested.
- Expedited shipping fee, if requested.
- Tooling or mold fee, if required.
- Special certification or testing fee, if required.
Applicable charges will be shown on your quote before the order is processed. Not every order includes every charge. Rush production / expedited handling and expedited shipping are separate services and may be charged separately.
Bulk, custom and quoted orders
Bulk, custom, made-to-order and separately quoted orders may use different shipping methods, charges or delivery timelines. These are confirmed with you on the quote before the order is processed.
Duties and taxes
For DDP rates, duties are included as shown at checkout. For other destinations and methods, any applicable duties and taxes are calculated or displayed at checkout where possible. Please review the full order total before payment.
