Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligible returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is returned in a reasonable condition with the order information needed to identify the purchase.

Return method and shipping cost
Returns are handled by mail. For non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. If the return is caused by our error or a defective product, contact us first so we can review the case and provide instructions.

Restocking fee
No restocking fee is charged.

Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
