Rapid production capability

Custom O-rings, tooling and production in as fast as 7 days

Own mold shop, stocked compounds and a direct engineering line — no hand-offs, no queue. Send your specs; an engineer confirms a firm ship date on the quote.

O-ring engineering, rapid manufacturing and dispatch workflow
Illustrative 7-day rush production timeline Example steps; lead time confirmed on quote
  1. Day 0

    Approved specifications + production scheduling

After the specifications and order are approved, tooling requirements, rush availability and the production start date are confirmed. Shipping transit is separate.

  2. Day 1–2

    Mold design + tooling

Mold cut in our own shop while the compound is pulled from stock — NBR, EPDM, FKM, VMQ, FFKM grades on the shelf.

  3. Day 3–5

    Molding + cure

Compression or injection run matched to your geometry and quantity. First-article check before the run completes.

  4. Day 6

    Inspection + quality review

Dimensional check against spec, material batch traceability and final quality review.

  5. Day 7

    Production complete

Final checks and packing are completed. Dispatch arrangements and shipping transit are quoted separately.

For new-mold tooling and production: standard service is 13 days, or as fast as 7 days with confirmed rush availability. These times exclude shipping transit. Exact scheduling, rush fees and dispatch are confirmed on the quote.

Why we can move this fast

Own mold shop

Tooling is cut in-house, so design-to-steel never waits on an outside mold maker's queue.

Compounds on the shelf

Common grades — NBR, EPDM, FKM, VMQ, FFKM — are stocked, so material lead time is days, not weeks.

Two molding routes

Compression for large sizes and low volumes; injection for repeat runs — matched to your geometry and quantity.

QC inside the loop

Dimensional checks and material batch traceability run during production — not as an afterthought.

Downtime costs more than the seal. You need a date you can promise upstream — not a queue position.

Straight answers on speed

How fast can you really produce custom O-rings?

For new-mold orders, tooling and production take 13 days with standard service or as fast as 7 days with confirmed rush service. Timing and fees are confirmed on the quote; shipping transit is additional.

What decides the lead time for custom O-rings?

Three things: whether tooling already exists, whether the compound is stocked, and the quantity. Existing mold plus stocked material is the fastest combination.

Does a fast custom O-ring order cost more or skip QC?

Rush service may carry an additional fee, stated on the quote. Quality checks are not skipped; each lot receives dimensional inspection and material batch traceability.
