Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with OXXRING.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened kits or assortments with missing parts

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oxxring.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.

Return process
To request a return, please contact us at support@oxxring.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancelled.
